By purchasing or using any Sorn Services product you agree to everything below. Read it - especially the sections about security, telemetry and liability.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using any Sorn Services product, tool, or service ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, purchase, or use the Software.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Software.
These terms apply to all Sorn Services software, including but not limited to:
Each license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software you purchased. Keys are bound to your hardware ("HWID") and may not be:
Licenses are sold for a defined term (daily, weekly, or lifetime as shown on the website) or as a one-time purchase (Tweak Utility). Lifetime and one-time licenses last for the lifetime of the product as offered by Sorn Services and do not guarantee perpetual availability of updates or the service itself.
Our Software contains deliberate, aggressive security measures. By using the Software you acknowledge and consent to the following:
You acknowledge that these measures are a core part of how we prevent piracy and abuse. You will not hold Sorn Services liable for the behavior of the Software when it is being tampered with, cracked, debugged, or run in a restricted or unsupported environment.
To license, secure, and enforce the Software, the following data may be collected when you activate or use it, and transmitted over HTTPS to our licensing server:
This data is used solely for license enforcement, abuse detection, and security. We do not sell your data. We retain logs for a limited period and prune them automatically. By using the Software you explicitly consent to this collection.
Our licensing platform (SornAuth) stores account and license records in a SQLite database on a server we control. If you have questions about data handled by the SornAuth platform, contact us through the Discord server.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will perform on any given hardware, Windows build, or game update. Games and Windows are updated frequently; features may break or change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorn Services and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
This includes, without limitation:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this section may not apply to you in full.
The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games, Valve, Mojang, Ubisoft, Activision, Riot Games, Microsoft, or any other game or platform developer.
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, anti-cheat policies, and rules of any game or platform you use the Software with. We do not and cannot guarantee that the Software will not be detected or that your account will not be banned. Using the Software with a game whose rules prohibit automation is done entirely at your own risk.
No ban liability. If your account is banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted for any reason, including use of our Software, you agree that Sorn Services is not liable and that this does not entitle you to a refund.
Because all products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
If a product is genuinely broken and we cannot resolve it, we may offer, at our discretion: a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund. Requests must be made through our Discord support tickets.
You agree not to:
Violation of this section results in immediate revocation of your license without refund and may result in a permanent ban from our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any product, key, or service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Licenses are revoked automatically by the licensing server if a key is found to be shared, abused, or associated with prohibited conduct.
You may stop using the Software at any time and uninstall it. Sections 5-10 of these Terms survive any termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at this page, and continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sorn Services operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
